Refund Policy

Read this before you buy. This policy is strict and we apply it exactly as written.

1. Credits used are not refundable

Every generation spends real compute the moment you start it, and that cost is incurred by us whether or not you like the result. Once a generation completes, the credits it consumed are gone. We do not issue refunds because a track was not to your taste, not the genre you expected, not in the style you imagined, or because you changed your mind afterwards. Subjective dissatisfaction with generated output is not grounds for a refund.

2. Unused credits

Unused credits may be refunded only if every one of the following is true: you request it within 14 days of the purchase, the purchase is your first with us, and no credits from that purchase have been spent. A single generation against a credit pack makes that pack final and non-refundable in full. There is no partial refund of a partly used pack.

3. When we refund automatically

If a generation fails on our side — a model error, a timeout, or a safety rejection — the credits are returned to your balance automatically, usually within seconds. You do not need to contact us, and this costs you nothing. If your balance does not recover after a failed generation, email us and we will correct it.

4. What is never refundable

• Credits consumed by completed generations, for any reason.
• Any purchase where credits have been spent.
• Purchases older than 14 days.
• Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
• Requests made through payment chargeback rather than by contacting us first. Initiating a chargeback closes your account permanently.

5. How to request one

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your order number and the reason. We answer every request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you hold under the consumer law of your country. Where local law grants you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
