Privacy Policy

1. What we store, and where

We store your Google account identifier, your email address, your display name and profile picture, your credit balance, and a log of credit movements. That is the complete list, and it lives in our database.

2. What we do not store

Your recordings and your finished tracks and videos are never saved on our servers. Generated media is written to your own browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently — we hold no copy and cannot recover it for you.

3. Your recording

The audio you record is transmitted once, for the length of a single request, to Google's generative models so they can compose your track. It is not retained by us afterwards. Google's handling of that data is governed by their own terms for the Gemini API.

4. Cookies and tracking

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. A session token is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Sign out and it is removed. We do count page views, using a cookieless measurement service that records no identifier for you and cannot follow you to other sites.

5. Processors

• Google — sign-in, and the models that generate your music, lyrics and artwork.
• Supabase — the database holding your account and credit balance.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, denial-of-service protection, and the cookieless page-view analytics described in section 4.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and merchant of record. Card details go directly to them and never reach us.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. Deletion removes your profile and credit history; it cannot remove media already stored on your own device, which only you control.

7. Children

TONE AI is not directed at children under 13 and accounts may not be created by them.
